This promotion is available to customers who book a project with a total value of $0.00 or more within the state of Minnesota. The project must include materials purchased from our inventory, as well as fabrication and installation services provided by our team

Eligible Products

The discount applies only to stone and tile products from our inventory. It does not apply to clearance, sale, or third-party products, or any items not listed as part of our inventory.

Fabrication and Installation

To qualify for the discount, the project must include both fabrication and installation services performed by our company. The 25% discount applies to the total cost of materials, fabrication, and installation.

Project Scope

This promotion is valid for projects that include countertops, fireplace claddings, shower claddings, and backsplashes.

Deposit and Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of project booking to qualify for this promotion. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before final installation.

Discount Exclusions

The 25% discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. It does not apply to labor-only services, delivery fees, or any post-installation work.

Limited Time Offer

This promotion is valid through 4/12/2025. Projects must be completed and payment made within this promotional period to qualify for the discount.

Changes To Project

If the project scope changes, the promotion will be voided, and the full price of the materials and services will apply.

Geographic Limitations

This promotions is only available to customers with projects located within the state of Minnesota. Projects outside of Minnesota are not eligible for the promotion.

Transferability

The promotion is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original customer.
